Conveniently located in the heart of Ruddington Village, Ruddington Wellness Centre is easy to find and is well served by public transport. 

Whether you practice acupuncture, osteopathy, reflexology, 1-2-1 counselling, group therapy, physiotherapy, body work treatments for pain management or other conditions, or alternative therapy for specific health conditions, Ruddington Wellness Centre can meet your needs.

Our vision is to make good health and wellness accessible to all.  We at Ruddington Wellness Centre provide an environment for practitioners to offer comprehensive and holistic wellness solutions in a safe, comfortable and welcoming space.   

We offer both rooms on a flexible basis with no tie in contracts and we offer longer rental where you have the security and predictability of your room. Our pricing is competitive against the market, and we offer holiday discounts on long term agreements. 

Ruddington Wellness Centre is open for client appointments 6 days a week, giving you the flexibility of working the days and hours that work best for you and your clients.
Registration is free and simple; it also entitles you to be part of our wellbeing community and the benefits of inclusion on our Directory of Therapists.
