Founded by Nigel and Michelle Jahina, The Ruddington Wellness Centre was born from a shared passion for health, wellbeing, and the transformative power of complementary therapies. A Journey Rooted in Wellbeing
Our founders understand firsthand the impact of high-quality care. After facing her own fertility challenges, Michelle was inspired to help others, graduating in 2023 after three years of intensive clinical study in Acupuncture. Today, she runs her successful practice, YOLO Acupuncture, from the centre. With a Post-Graduate Diploma in Fertility, Obstetrics, and Gynaecology, Michelle is on-site Monday through Friday, fostering a professional and clinical atmosphere.
Nigel joined this mission after 30 years in the corporate world, choosing to refocus his energy on creating a space that truly benefits the local community. As a passionate advocate for holistic health, he ensures the centre remains a premier destination for both clients and therapists.

Nigel and Michelle spent 18 months searching for the perfect location before identifying our home in the heart of Ruddington. After six months of extensive renovations, we converted a former veterinary surgery into the modern, well-equipped therapy centre it is today.
