Hi, I’m Harry, an Osteopath and the founder of Resilient Health, based at Ruddington Wellness Centre.
Qualifications & Approach
I’m registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and committed to ongoing professional development, regularly undertaking further training to keep my clinical skills sharp and up to date.
I take a practical, individualised approach to musculoskeletal care as an Osteopath, combining hands-on treatment, acupuncture, tailored exercise.
I have a particular interest in persistent pain and stubborn injuries — including headaches, tendinopathies, and plantar fasciopathy (heel and foot pain). My approach goes beyond just managing symptoms; it’s about giving you the tools and understanding to take control of your own recovery.
What can osteopathy help with?
Osteopathy is a safe, effective, hands-on therapy for a wide range of conditions, including:
- Back pain and sciatica
- Neck and shoulder pain
- Joint pain and arthritis
- Tennis elbow
- Frozen shoulder
- Minor sports injuries
- Muscle spasms and cramp
- General aches and pains
- Neuralgia
- Headaches arising from the neck
- Migraine prevention
- Pregnancy-related pelvic pain
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me out running, hill walking, or out on a gravel bike — so I understand firsthand how frustrating it is when pain or injury gets in the way of the things you enjoy.
If pain or injury is holding you back, I can help you understand what’s happening and build a clear plan to get you moving again.
