Hello, I’m Tracey — a passionate educator with over 30 years of experience as a QTS Primary School teacher, holding an Honours degree in English and Psychology. At the heart of my work is a commitment to empowering children, young adults, and adults to thrive and reach their full potential.
Alongside my teaching career, I am a fully qualified, insured, and accredited practitioner in Reiki, Hand Reflexology, Life Coaching, Tarot for positive manifestation, Creative Meditation, Mindfulness, Chakra Dancing, and Sound Bath Therapy. This diverse skill set allows me to tailor my services to your individual needs, nurturing mind, body, and soul in a way that is both personal and transformative.
Blending science, training, and research with compassion and creativity, I offer experiences that are effective, uplifting, and deeply healing. I will be holding therapy clinics at Ruddington Wellness Centre from October.
