Hi, I’m Clarissa. I am an accredited CBT and EMDR therapist with over 8 years of experience in the NHS. If mental health difficulties are currently stopping you from living life to the fullest, I am here to help. I offer a safe, welcoming, and down-to-earth space where we work as a team to help you heal and move forward.

I specialise in helping individuals manage and overcome Depression and a wide range of anxiety and trauma-related disorders, including:

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) & Complex PTSD
